Tri-X

When I was young, I did a lot of 35mm photography. Playing with Photoshop filters, this one brought back fond memories of Kodak’s Tri-X film. Lots of nice fine grain and latitude.

However, I do admit that eventually I left my love behind for Ilford 😛

  1. It sure does! And… it’s way easier than loading IR film into a developing tank in complete blackness, not to mention not having to inhale processing chemical fumes. Although I admit that the smell of Fixer had a somewhat floral bouquet with essences of almond, reminiscent of 1973 Chardonnays. Oh wait – wrong vice lol!
